Let members pick their bike
Build your room once — bikes, reformers, mats, the instructor podium — then let members choose their spot at booking, or have one assigned automatically.
Build the room, once
A simple grid editor: place bikes and objects, rotate them to face the right way, number them however your studio numbers them.
Drag-free grid editor
Click to place a bike or an object — podium, door, speaker, fan, mirror, plant. Rotate anything in 90° steps so the layout matches the real room.
Your numbering
Number bikes by hand, or auto-number them left-to-right and front-to-back in one click. Members see the same numbers painted on your floor.
Link it to a class
Attach a layout to a class type. Every session of that class inherits the room — no per-class setup.
Works for more than bikes
Reformers, mats, rowers, trampolines — anything with a fixed position and a number.
Members choose — or don't
You decide per class whether members pick their own spot. Some studios love the ritual; others just want people through the door.
A real map, not a list
Members see the room at booking: available spots in your studio colour, taken ones greyed out. Tap to choose.
“Assign one for me”
One tap for members who don’t care where they sit — they get a random free spot and the booking is done.
No double bookings, ever
Two members grabbing bike 7 at the same instant can’t both win. The loser gets a polite “just taken — pick another” and the map refreshes.
Full room = waitlist
When every spot is taken the class is full, even if raw capacity would allow more. The waitlist takes over and promoted members get a spot automatically.
After the booking
The spot follows the member everywhere it matters.
On their booking
“You’re on bike 8” in the confirmation, on their booking card, and in the class details — so nobody arrives guessing.
Anonymous room view
Members can see which spots are taken without seeing who’s in them. Availability, not surveillance.
Freed instantly on cancel
A cancelled booking releases the bike the moment it happens — no manual tidying, no ghost reservations.
Front desk sees it too
Your bookings list shows each member’s spot, so setup and check-in are obvious at a glance.
